Launchers and Receivers (Scraper Traps)
Our launchers and receivers are able to catch and receive pigs without stopping the flow of the product in the pipeline. They can be designed for both Uni-Directional and Bi-Directional use in order to provide more functionality.
We provide skid mounted packages complete with valves, instrumentation and control systems. With pressure ratings up to 20,000 PSI they can be used in both topside and subsea applications.
Our tailor-made launchers and receivers are available in both sour and non-sour service, adhering to the strictest of standards and are suitable in even the harshest of environments. Available in various sizes ranging from 3″nb to 90″nb, we can also provide pig loading and pig unloading trolleys, as well as pig lifting equipment (also known as jib cranes) to accompany the product when required.
